Service is incredible for me. Hotel owner has a warm welcoming. Cleanliness is great. I do enjoy the view from now and hotel. Hotel located in convenient for eating, sightseeing and shopping.
Feeling home when you are here. I do recommend to stay here in busan. They are helpful and recommend a loads of place for eat and travel too.

Exceptionally good location. Everything you want to see, shopping streets, Jagalchi market, shopping centre, subway, bus stops are near the hotel. The staff was really helpful with all my requests and they were always smiling and greeting.
The room was very clean and room service was on the spot. Would definitely come here again, no question about that. Really felt like a 5 star hotel
