The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was clean and fresh towels were provided. Breakfast was plentiful. The staff were always available for assistance if needed and any queries on activities in Marissa or surrounding areas. Close walk in a quiet area to the beach and restaurants. Gami was the most incredible host who went out of his way to make our stay special. The location and views were spectacular. The breakfasts were all delicious with a variety of local dishes, plentiful fruit, delicious smoothies and all served with a smile. If you visit Mirissa, be sure to stay here if you want a scenic and peaceful location with a caring host.

Our room with shared bathroom (shared only by two rooms!) was a great value for money, on a small fishing harbour a bit away from the touristy parts but next to the boat harbour for whale watching. The family who runs the business let us return to our rooms after the whale watching and even gifted us a fish lunch! A really good stay

Brilliant stay! New on the scene in Mirissa but lovely accommodation. The tree house is down a well sign posted, little ally way and almost feels like the locals cul-de-sac. The owner and his wife are lovely and want to do everything they can to make your stay a good one. The tree house has a balcony and the room is a good size and space. The shower is powerful and the place was spotless. They offer a breakfast which is included but also have a menu which you can have a paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a paid for breakfast one morning and there was so much food we took some to the beach for lunch. It’s in a brilliant location so you can walk to Secret Beach and Mirissa Beach and loads of bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend.

Great guesthouse, close to many restaurants and lovely beaches! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean. The owners are a very sweet family, always ready to help or have a chat. We made great memories. Thank you so much!

The best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Sri Lanka. The staff were amazing, so friendly and we really enjoyed getting to know them. The room had a great setup, it was big and clean and had everything we needed. The pool facilities were fantastic, really nice for relaxing. The location is the best, halfway between Mirissa Beach & Secret Beach. Super breakfast each morning with new dishes served everyday. Can't wait to visit again!
