Excellent location only a short walk from the beach. Quiet and calm atmosphere. Very kind and helpful host family. Delicious food. Brandnew appartements. Good value for this price. We especially liked the authentic atmosphere of Nilaveli Beach rooms, far away from the touristic resort and hotel area further south on the beach. We even stayed a couple of days longer as we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the good food and the kind owners. And the beach is of course beautiful as well. Cows walking along the beach included. Wonderful place in Sri Lanka.

We had a lovely & relaxing stay in the Nilaveli Cabanas. It's a beautiful place right at the beach in the calmer area of Nilaveli. With only three cabanas, it is super peaceful and perfect to deconnect! Amal is a very helpful host! He arranged us scooters, a trip to pigeon island (which was amazing) and a dolfin watching tour! He also cooked us an amazing seafood barbecue diner and arranged a table on the beach with a great view on the sea. What more can we wish for... We can really recommend to stay here! This was such a nice, relaxing space to stay. They have nice chairs outside to enjoy the sun and wildlife. It's very good value and clean throughout with good AC. The host was accommodating and it's only a short walk from the beach and restaurants.

Very nice facilities, nice room with a good air condition, WiFi working good, and location was in a nice quiet area in a walking distance from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us with scooter rental and tour arrangements for a very reasonable price.

Loved how everything was clean, especially rooms which are cleaned twice a day. Amazing staff by the pool, moment they see you looking around confused somebody comes. Food and drinks are amazing as well and honestly not that expensive if you disregard price of your stay. Had amazing surprise where they made us cake for my wifes birthday free of charge
