Amazing stay in a beautiful and quiet area on nilavelli beach. The Cabana was clean and spacious and right on the beach. Amal is an amazing host happy to organise activities and arranged pur driver to our next location. He cooks wonderful breakfasts too.

Located just a 3‑minute stroll from the serene Nilaveli Beach, this cozy B&B is in a perfect spot for easy beach days and exploring nearby attractions like Pigeon Island National Park and the Kanniya Hot Springs . Our room was spacious – with a private bathroom, balcony overlooking the garden, crisp AC, reliable Wi‑Fi, and great comfort overall . It quickly became our peaceful little haven after a day in the sun. But what truly set this place apart was the warmth of the hosts—Suman, Mallika, and their family. They greeted us even during our early arrival, having our room already prepared . Mallika’s home‑cooked Sri Lankan breakfast on the terrace was a daily treat—delicious, generous, and served with heartfelt kindness . The atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming—complete with friendly cats, chickens wandering through the garden, and a homely ambience that truly made us feel “at home” . They went above and beyond by helping arrange tuk‑tuks, and transfers, you name it—with helpful, local insider knowledge . Superb property next to the awesome beach. The rooms were clean, and spotless - for a property next to the beach, literally no dust or sand. The staffs were very helpful, arranged food and provided proper guidance to visit places around.

I loved the design and decor, very close to nature around it. The hosts are great. Very well informed and accommodating. They were able to prepare packed breakfast for me during my stay as I was leaving the property very early. The animals are also very docile and friendly. I also walked away with a bunch of plant cuttings and a recipe for deviled calamari!
