Great check in with wonderful staff member, who was so knowledgeable and gave all the area information we needed. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I had ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a cloud (I imagine 😂😂)

The room was comfortable cozy and modern. I went with my mom and dog and even though I had my dog's stuff the staff brought a dog pillow and dogs bowl. The spa was quite nice. Everything was spotless clean and the staff super friendly and useful.

Close to free tram. They were very helpful and gave us an early check in. The best ever beds....has a goose feather top and apparently you can buy it online. Lying in bed you fall into a soft bed that enfolds your body and you sleep like a baby 👶 the Christmas decorations in the foyer are also beautiful!!
