We stayed in the top apartment with the (shared) terrace outside, the view was amazing and it was great to have the terrace right there. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, also modern and good quality. We added on the breakfast which was good. Location was good for getting around and also close to the beach. The staff were lovely.

The flat is amazingly designed. There is attention to detail, you have cosmetics, towels, kitchen is well equipped. Also the location is very convinient, in medina but walking distance to the beach. We liked it so much that we wanted to prolong our stay there.

Beautifully decorated, the room and bathroom was luxurious but still had the traditional Moroccan feel that we love! Our hosts were exceptionally welcoming, Fouad was so kind and hospitable! All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. The delicious breakfast and incredible view from the terrace was a bonus!!

I had a lovely stay at La Smala! I’m the beds were comfortable with a large secure draw under to lock your luggage away. The staff made the stay however as all of them were so kind and friendly, going above and beyond for anything I needed. Especially Mehdi in on the rooftop bar! The breakfast was also delicious. The showers were a lot nicer than I expected, very private and always clean. I’d definitely come back to stay here if I visit in the future.

Amazing stay at dar said apartment! Definitely recommend for travelling in a group. There was one room with double bed and bathroom (just shower) and second room with two single beds there is huge coach in the living room as well where you can easily sleep. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower. There is kitchen well equipped if you need it. Spacious fridge. The location of the apartment is great! Close to the beach and there is many streets with restaurants and stores. The owner of the apartment is lovely. He speaks English so you can communicate with him easily. He organised a pick up from the airport (group of 5 people) with no problem. We also went to Marakesh with him since it was more comfortable than a bus and almost the same price. We stayed in Marakesh over night and then we picked us up the next day. On the way back we had a stop at the dessert to ride camels (we asked if it is possible and he booked it for us in advance) we had a rest with marocan tea and went back to essaouira - no rush at all, lovely day. If you want to do any activities strongly recommend to ask the owner since he can get you better prices sometimes. He also let us leave our luggage after check out time and we picked it up just before going to the airport so that was very helpful.
