Good and friendly staff, great location, interesting decorations. The staffs helped us organised a lot of trips and are always friendly and professional. The breakfast is great and the service is excellent. We stayed during Christmas, and they gave us lovely chocolate as a treat. We absolutely like the hotel

We spent 4 nights at Royal House in October 2022 and highly recommend staying here. Royal House is located in the charming old town of Kotor and is an easy walking distance from the bus station. Our room had a generously sized bedroom with a queen bed, single bed, two big arm chairs, a coffee table, closet and TV. We had a separate full kitchen with a full sized fridge and freezer, oven, stove and a table with chairs. Rara has supplied some cooking ingredients along with cookware which we didn't use due to us enjoying the restaurants that Rara recommended. Rara also supplied a fruit bowl that was full of fresh fruit and bottled water too. We had no issues drinking the tap water too. There was lots of room in which to spread our belongings. The standout of our stay though was the genuinely warm hospitality of Rara and his mother. Rara showed a level of dedication to his guests which we haven't experienced before. Rara genuinely wanted us to have the best time possible and was full of advice and tips, from walking up to see the views from the old Kotor castle, to where to eat in Kotor and neighbouring towns, to organising a boat tour of the lake, to organising drivers to take us to the cliff hewn Ostrog Monastery and to Dubrovnik international airport. Our visit to Montenegro was greatly enhanced by Rara's suggestions and organisation.

The apartment is very large for a couple, and quite comfortable. Perfectly located in the Old Town, yet in a side street, away from the noise. The interior has been renovated with taste. The bed is comfortable. A/C works. TV with internet connectivity gives you access to your Netflix account.

The location was perfect - right in the heart of the Old Town and close to all my tours, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was spotless and newly renovated. The host was incredibly hospitable - he gave great local recommendations, introduced me to some friends, and even walked with me to find a store when I realized I had misplaced my travel adaptor before arriving. Truly above and beyond!

It’s wonderful property, after you enter old city through the side gate, about 20M, you will arrive the apartment, super easy to locate, I arrived bus station, it took me 15 minutes to walk here, ( I am 67 years old man, young people will walk 10 minutes), the apartment’s kitchen facilities has all you need, the bath room with great view to see port and cruise ship, romantic! Also supermarket and some restaurants are about minutes walking . Since it’s excellent location , I every Morning I walked the church about 3 minutes before the tourists coming . I had wonderful time staying here.
