Check-in was smooth, hotel has great decor and being connected to the other hotels, shops and casinos makes it very convenient. The room itself is standard, but the hotel staff are excellent, in my opinion better than what we saw at surrounding hotels. The staff seem genuinely happy working there which is always a huge plus for me. Excellent selection for breakfast and open till late. Room service is a plus.

We loved everything. The apartment was huge, 100sqm, with large windows and a beautiful view. We loved the bathroom, very big and well equiped: smart toilet, big shower, nice bathtub and big mirrors. I loved the amenities, Dyson hairdryer, steam iron and normal iron, but what I loved most was the vanity corner, the make-up corner. That was a nice touch. Also the staff was very nice and they sent us from the house a nice bottle of wine and pastry. That was a cute surprise and made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is very nice, with great attention to details and cool design. Breakfast is very good and very diverse, food was great. Overall we loved our time there, wished we stayed more, but we will definitely come back.

Very professional staff, outstanding service, good value for money, good breakfast. Special thanks to Pat and Kim and others from the main restaurant from Philippines they made our stay memorable. Very good english and very kind. The staff from the restaurant knew my name just after first visit. The best service ever had. Also thanks to Felix and Rio from butler team.
