Anna was phenomenally friendly and I enjoyed my chats with her. Tonio and Mariana were also very welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful, with a huge choice. I loved my room and I especially loved the pool. I felt very much at home. Thank you. I shall always remember my stay.

Everything was excellent. Location is very convenient and quiet, with amazing sea and city views. It's not difficult to find a parking spot (at least, in February). The host is very helpful and friendly. You feel yourself like being at home. The apartment is big and spacious. No problems with water pressure. A modern building. Lidl in 5 min way by car or 15min walk

Where do I even start...Staff was one of the friendliest we ever encountered. We received a welcome bottle of champagne, even some fruit on another day, the rooms were made and checked twice per day, and immaculate. The rooftop pool had a fantastic view, and the restaurant there serves delicious food. If you stay during the hot weather as we did, we highly recommend a late night dip as the pool was open until 23 h. All facilities are free to use before/after check in/out, and again, staff is wonderful. The only thing we were disappointed about was breakfast as it was not on the same level as all other services...and then on the 2nd day we were asked to fill out the questionnaire on what we think about the breakfast and what would we change. I must say that we were highly impressed to see that they actually listened to those suggestions, and breakfast was from then on amazing as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

When arrived to the hotel my first impression was that it looked a little expired from the outside. But how could I mistake and judge on that. Also from the outside the object radiate from eternity and easy to imagine yourself in the sixties. Inside you feel the rich history and high standard of the hotel and and is everything neatly arranged. The spacious timeless rooms are well maintained, clean and nothing is missing. Also fortunately small bottles with soap and shampoo instead of those large containers mounted on the wall. Very very nice restaurant room (for breakfast, etc) where is also nothing missing at the breakfast. And also very important, tasteful bread and other dishes. Furthermore, the hotel has a very nice spa located in the beautiful garden of the hotel. And for the vegans, one of the bars in the hotel serves plant-based food only. This 5 star hotel fully deserves all its stars.

The structure was brand new, all the equipment in the room was new. Staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. If you want to relax at afternoon a nice rooftop restaurant/bar is always available with a nice open pool. The indoor pool is available if you have a rainy day. Thanks a lot, we hope we will come back soon!

The location of the hotel in the heart of st julian.Easily transport from Airport to hotel by bus or Taxi. I had best ever experience of service by the Front office ,bar and housekeeping staffs. Everyone so friendly and ready to the solve any of request. Breakfast must be try i like the variation of fruit items, fresh orange juice should be highlighted.

The best hotel employees I've come across, every greet & service was with a genuine smile, professional, friendly, and perfect English. Proper breakfast. Great interior and is clean everywhere. Both swimming pools are pleasant. The spa & gym area is neat. The extra safety door lock, so they can't just open the door from the outside when you're in your room. Perfect location; you can shop, rent a car/scooter, many restaurants, a boba tea shop, out for a dance or drinks, all within a 1 km radius. And you are not going to be bothered by this lively and safe area when you're in the hotel (noise). Beautiful view from the rooftop or when your room is on a high floor (ours was on the 10th, which was the highest for the rooms). The extra attention I got on my birthday from all employees made me feel very special. Thank you, Valentina (concierge), Markus & John (front desk), Julian & Viktor (doorman), Anamika (housekeeping lady), and all the bars, restaurant, and spa area employees for making our stay extra special, we appreciate you!
