Loved everything about this resort. Very clean and the food was excellent. You get access to two beaches which is a bonus. The staff were great and the location is close to everything. This is a family resort although there is an adult only tower but I would recommend it for a family vacation

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner.
The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need.
We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM.
They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail.
The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun.
It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again.

Great option to stay within the Hotelera Zone in Cancun but outside of the most expensive hotels. The room has acccess to the private pool and beautiful private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a restaurant and bar that can deliver food/beverages to the beach. The room itself was clean and cozy, no issues with wifi and air condition. I received very detailed instruction how to get the doorkeys and on my arrival day the host was very understanding and flexible with my check-out time considering the time my airplane departure. I highly recommend this place for stay in Cancun

Amazing place for that price at a wonderful location, just a 15min walk to the beach and the walk is stunning and an adventure. It is also very quite and feels safe in that area. Natural soap and shampoo. Showers were warm.
