Everything! It was so beautiful, great value. We loved it was a little out the way of the hotel zone so wasn’t as busy but still had coffee and restaurants nearby. The internet was great I was able to work from there a few days and take numerous calls. We have been moving every few days for the last couple of months and this place felt homely. The hosts were also great and responsive, we loved everything about it can’t recommend enough! Trying to figure out how we can come back to Tulum purely for this apartment!

To enjoy a week's vacation in Tulum, we decided to rent a car at the Cancun airport and stay at Hotel Terranova. It was the best decision we made! The experience at Boutique Hotel TerraNova was fantastic from the first moment! The hotel is located close enough to the center of Tulum for those who like to walk a bit (although we did use the car), but it is blessedly away from the hustle and bustle, on the edge of the jungle, allowing you to wake up with the sound of birds and made it possible to enjoy a calm and absolutely relaxing stay. The hotel space was immaculately clean, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The hotel has an extremely friendly bar where the staff prepares excellent cocktails. And speaking of the staff… It is important to say that this is the strongest point of the hotel! I've traveled halfway around the world, but I've never come across a team so friendly and available to help you decide what to do around Tulum. Thank you very much Bani, Rafa and Gabriel! You were fantastic! It is worth mentioning that the cat Rita, also very friendly but full of personality, deserves to be considered an integral part of the team. She walks peacefully throughout the hotel and also contributes to the feeling of relaxation. And finally, many congratulations Gabriel! I hope you have a very happy birthday!

We loved everything about Trece Lunas. The hosts and owners are very hospitable as you are staying in their home that they built. Very serene and peaceful with a jungle feel. Everything is clean and well maintained. A bit of a trek with the roads to get there but well worth it. If ever back in Tulum would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room and facilities, nice location away from the louder touristy part of tulum but still close to plenty of restaurants etc. Free bike rental, and very nice and helpful staff that gave us plenty of tips for tulum and the surrounding area.

Amazing little boutique hotel located in la veleta. The vibe is boho and we directly felt home thanks to Paula and her daughter! Walking distance to great restaurants and much cheaper than the hotelera neighborhood, we felt in love!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was perfect in every way. It’s a family-run business and the hosts were simply amazing—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They helped us immediately with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. We especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful rooftop terrace—definitely a highlight! Breakfast each morning was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Free drinking water is another big plus! We liked it so much that we extended our stay by two more nights. Fantastic rooftop with a small pool to cool off, we spent time up there every day. Aircon works well, water pressure is decent. Has an iron/ironing board plus a good sized fridge. Wifi is good and bed was super comfy. Theres also two small balconies either side with bikes to use. Would definitely stay again
