I love the atmosphere there, people. Fernando at the reception was super friendly. The facilities were great and the breakfast was delicious. For a first time in two weeks I felt that they treat me like a person, not like a pocket with money.

Super nice rooms with super comfortable bed.
The jungle location is really enjoyable after a busy day in Tulum!
Besides the residence is Palma central where you can eat and drink and also where there are nice shows (too bad we were not there on a Tuesday because then it's salsa night).
Also the hostess Erica is fantastic! The tips that we received were fantastic and helpful!
I will recommend this accommodation to everyone

Everything! The staff was really friendly and accomodating. They go the extra mile for their guests. The pool and the food were great and the room was always very clean. They even decorated the room with some balloons on my birthday (on request from my boyfriend).

Absolutely beautiful place, a lush oasis which is so colourful and well-kept. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. The owners are also really lovely and helpful! We actually extended our stay by one night and would definitely stay here again

The lady on the reception was very helpful, she gave us a lot of tips&tricks for Tulum. The location is great, in the heart of city center. The hotel has big rooftop teracce with nice view where you can grab a beer and spend some time. We liked the equipment of the room and really appreciate coffee machine!! Highly recommend this place.
