Everything was perfect. I loved staying there. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious! The location is fantastic. I was very happy to join the morning and evening puja. They have kataks, special teas and incense made by the nuns for sale. Perfect as offerings or gifts.

I can only join the praise chorus about this place. A beautiful little hotel with good location (quiet yet central) good breakfast. The manager Hari is the kindness in person, always helpful but all the staff is nice and friendly too. The room is kept clean every day. Water is also refilled daily or you use the water dispenser in the lobby.Good Wifi.

The location is great. Boudnath is a quieter alternative to staying in Thamel. Air quality in Kathmandu is pretty bad, but Boudnath air is noticeably better due to its higher elevation. Our room was modern light and airy. The air conditioning unit virtually silent. The shower was exceptional, great water pressure from a large rain shower head. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very quiet at night and we slept really well, much better than when we have stayed in Thamel on previous trips. We checked out very early in the morning before breakfast to start our trek, but we were presented with a packed breakfast to take with us which was such a nice gesture. At this price point I think you’d be hard pushed to find better in this area. We look forward to returning at the end of our trek.

My stay at Hotel Sherpani was truly exceptional! From the moment of my arrival, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staffs who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with soundproof windows, providing a peaceful and comfortable stay. One of the highlights was their rooftop restaurant and bar, which served a wide variety of delicious foods and drinks. The stunning panoramic view of Kathmandu, especially at sunset, made dining there an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is also perfect for those looking to stay near Boudha Stupa, allowing easy access to this iconic landmark. Overall, everything about my stay at Hotel Sherpani was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu!
