Our stay at The Kailash Boutique Hotel has been nothing less than an exceptional human experience. It is a new hotel with all required amenities. Rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. Despite being situated in the busy thamel region, the hotel is away from the noisy streets. All the staff are warm and helpful. Breakfast has a reasonable variety and is tasty. Mr Dol, the Manager is always around the corner trying to provide the support required to arrange for local sim cards, taxi bookings and sightseeing/hikes/treks.

Hotel Yambu is a short ride from Kathmandu airport and in a great location for wandering around the bazaars of Thamel. Raj, the owner/manager is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. A pot of tea on arrival is very welcoming and he is available to talk about your plans and make onward travel bookings for you. The powerful, endlessly hot showers are fabulous.

The hotel is perfect, location, rooms, breakfast, It is clean, beautiful rooftop, free pick up from the airport and the manager and the employees were really nice and helpful in any moment. We went because a friend's wedding and we had to take a lot of taxis, and they always helped to us several times. Thank you for everything! We will be back 😃
