Gorgeous place, very well kept, and a bit out of the way of the city so it was quiet and relaxing for us. Facilities were nice and it was a private space, lovely spot! Would recommend to anyone!!

We arrived into Dunedin on a cold, wet November day. Upon arriving at the property, we found it to be very cold. Within a short period of time though, the very efficient air conditioning had warmed the place easily and so made our stay very comfortable. The house is very spacious and well equipped. It has a great view over Dunedin and is close to a great supermarket.

Quality B&B, which was great value for money. Brilliant breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful when the battery to my car went dead. Would highly recommend.
