Easy entry, everything was as promised. The help vids on the coffee machine, etc were nice to have too.
Mostly though the location is perfect ... quiet, yet central to fun (tourist) shopping, a few museums, and a plethora of highly rated restaurants within a 2 minute walk of the front door.

Perfect location, an easy walk to the waterside, close to amenities, restaurants, and public transport.
Great ambience, beautiful interior, lots of attention to detail, and everything you could need.
Wonderful warm host, lots of excellent recommendations and advice on places to visit, things to do, and good food options, nothing was too much trouble.
Staying here really added to my experience of Panama City, it was especially good as a lone female traveller, I felt safe and wonderfully looked after. Thoroughly recommend.

This hotel is simply stunning. The attention to detail is incredible, including a proprietary scent blend that actually wafts into the rooms, in addition to the lobby and restaurant. The service is probably the best I've ever had, the most genuinely cheerful and helpful staff ever. Also the restaurant was amazing!
