I am a Jamaican visitor. Breakfast was great. There was a change in the menu each day & many options served buffet style, which was exceptional. The location was superb! My room had a panoramic view of the waterfront, park , pool and city skyscrapers. It was beautiful in the day and at night. I liked the wood look flooring and modern bathroom fixtures: rainfall shower head, glass shower doors, mosaic vanity tiles etc . The room was clean and updated and very comfortable beds. All the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Hussein Moran.

They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was easy to communicate via WhatsApp but the concierge was also available during the day for requests such as laundry. The room was very spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. It's also located in a safe neighborhood with a few malls around the corner for quick food options; going to the touristic places will require to take a taxi as there's little to no public transport around but it's a short drive from everything.

Beautiful Hotel, in the center of Panama. Great onsite restaurant, breakfast offered had a variety of food choices. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. First time I could log in to Netflix in a hotel, which I absolutely loved.

They anticipated our every need and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Whether arranging special excursions around Panama City or offering insider tips on the best local experiences, their dedication was truly remarkable. Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo's amenities are tailored for indulgence. We pampered ourselves at the spa, where expert therapists delivered rejuvenating treatments amid a serene atmosphere. The rooftop pool offered a tranquil oasis with panoramic views, perfect for relaxing and toasting to another year. Oh, I absolutely loved the SpeakEasy room!! Thank you sooo much. I will be back!

Good hotel , Many restaurants and mall very close

The room was exceptionally clean, and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower with a consistent temperature. The air conditioner worked very well and was very quiet.

I am truly astonished by this hotel. Client experience is 100% top priority at this hotel. I had some special request and had a lot of different questions. Every question was very well answered and everyone kept looking for a solution until there was one. The refreshing towel and welcome drink were very kind! Breakdast was also very well done!! Rooms are very nicely done and clean. Restaurant is good too. This has been one of the best hotels in which I ever stayed in. This is highly recommended!!!
