Facility is super clean, full of amenities, and just wonderful. The staffs, Elvira and Valeria, were extremely helpful since the moment I arrived and throughout the whole stay. Location is amazing as well. 100% recommend for anyone coming to Cusco.

The place was incredible, right by the main plaza and it was impeccably clean! They upgraded our room for free and gave us a room with a beautiful view! The staff was extremely kind. We went on tours every day and they prepared lunch boxes for us every morning along with water bottles. When we checked out, they even gave us a small gift! One of the best places to stay in Cusco! I highly recommend it!

The staff is so warm kind and extremely helpful in every way. Carmen was the best host as she greeted us each morning with wonderful breakfast options. They even packed us a bag to go when we left for Machu Picchu very early one day during our stay. Breakfast options included coffee or tea, fresh rolls, cheese and ham, butter and jelly, fruits with yogurt and granola and eggs where Carmen shined by offering us whatever style we wanted. The accommodations are quaint and comfortable and we felt like home. Tea is offered at all times on your floor.

On a previous one night stay, I had posted about not being able to get change for taxi. The hotel approached me on my return stay to explain the reasons and to offer something in return. I appreciated the hotel’s efforts to explain and remedy, and although I did not take up the offer, it shows a very good attitude.
