Fantastic place to stay in Cusco! The team were so kind, welcoming and helpful. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, with a cleaning team consistently on the go! The facilities are excellent. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. As usual, they had a hard time with customers not knowing how to behave at a hostel. Byt thus staff did a marvelous job always with a smile on their face.
The restaurant had a great variety of selections. All was lovely and good seating.

It's very convenient, very close to the main attractions, and the breakfast is different every day, which I like very much. The waiters and doormen here are very professional and kind. Especially Dennis, the receptionist at the front desk. I will stay here again next time.

Lovely people and amazing breakfast. Maria and her daughter really made our stay a positive experience. they helped us with organising our trip, gave good tips about what to see and do but were also interested about our experiences and opinions of activities in Cusco. Thanks for the little gift in the end too :)
great attention to detail
