Everything's went smoothly from the airport transfers to accommodation, and vice versa. The staff are hospitable, very welcoming, nice, and kind, especially the one who assisted us during check-inprocess and the two housekeeping ladies Jilyn and Aya who've made our room looked like our first day. I loved every single thing about the property. The rooftop terrace pool area is perfect and the view is beautiful. The room I stayed in was on the 2nd floor and the view from the bed in the morning and afternoon was amazing. I love that I could see the water and palm trees. I know a lot of people mentioned the stairs getting to the place but honestly live a little…you are in paradise in nature…take time to take a quick walk up a few stairs and appreciate the nature. There is an on-site restaurant with free breakfast and it was delicious! The staff are so friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The room itself is spacious, clean, modern. There is also a room service everyday if you need it. Honestly I miss this place and would recommend to stay here in a heartbeat. Also a bonus it’s not dead center in the action so it’s peaceful and quiet but it’s an easy scooter ride or walk to the ‘action’. The one place I travelled to on the Philippines where the WiFi worked well also!

Breakfast was great, it was comparable to other hotels I have stayed at in Manila. The staff were very helpful with what you needed overall !! The Feliz felt like the Sheraton we stayed at in Waikiki. We were given rooms on the ground floor so no views but it turned out to be a blessing because the rooms were spacious and We didn't have to deal with taking the elevators. Being on the ground floor got you everwhere faster in and out of the hotel specially to the beach and the DMall.
