The hotel was fantastic, the team made all the difference, everyone was welcoming and competent. We paid extra for the club access which was well worth it, Mr Adonis who heads up the club room was very hospitable. Special thanks to Rafgie and Rowell our room attendants need a special mention for their attention to detail and the note they left us - in all the hotels we've stayed at around the world this is the first time we've been treated so well.

Our stay was excellent. Really nice decor. we had adjoining rooms with our kids. lovely AC and amenities. Staff were really helpful and very very welcoming. Breakfast was really good. nice variety. Loved the pool area and dinner was really good. So close to Alaya Mall and felt safe as walking back and forward even in the evening.

I want to start by thanking Booking.com for upgrading my room to junior suite. Upon arrival I was more than welcome by the staff. Room was big, with central air conditioning (which can by set in room), carpeted, big private bathroom with all necessities which btw where topped up every morning by the sweet hard working gentleman Steven Gaco, electric kettle plus supply of water, tea, milk and coffee daily, flat screen tv with 93 channels which mostly where in English language, large desk, telephone, full size mirror, sofa and arm chair, huge windows facing east to enjoy the morning sunrise, and best of all a very comfortable bed. Location is very central and close to most tourist attractions. Complimentary is a well equipped gym. Breakfast served daily at convenient hours. Dining was mostly at the hotel as there was a variety of food with good prices and live music at the piano bar.

We just stayed for 1 night but the Hotel really impressed us. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean with a super comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is very good, in walking distance to Ayala mall. Also the staff was exceptional friendly and helpful - Since we couldnt find a grab taxi, they got us a taxi to the airport in a few minutes and even made sure, that we got a fair price. The Quincenntenial Hotel is an excellent choice in Cebu and we can definitely recommend it!
