Great and beautiful location, very polite and helpful personnel, good and comfy facilities, huge clean room and bathroom, good wi-fi, perfect breakfast, quality coffee, big new generation tv, nothing to complain about. This was a great place! Very high ceilings and lots of room. The building was beautiful, and the interior decoration was modern and tasteful. Everything was very clean. The host was very responsive and was able to help us on the fly with things like finding the parking garage and using the access code to get in the building.

We loved the apartment and its location. It exceeded our expectations. It is functional, very clean and well equipped. It has an oval window with a view onto the Market Square and Plac Solny. We came to look at the Christmas markets so the location was the best. The host was engaged and responsive on the published phone number at any time we had a question and also the ground staff member at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated having lots of clean bedding - comforters and pillows neatly laid out for us to see and use so we didn't have to search or ask. Also there was plenty of towels. The apartment was on the 5th floor - there is an elevator and a nice clean hallway. The staff advises on the parking, which can be challenging in the city center. We didn't have a problem with parking. Overall, I would be wondering why anyone would give it less than 10. This apartment deserves a 10.
