The accommodation was elegant and well organized. The organization of the host and staff, as well as the kindness, was truly incredible. The location is great connected to the metro and very easy for anyone visiting Lisbon for the first time. Nearby there is a market, a bakery, a small restaurant... everything you need for your stay. Lisbon is magical and meets all our expectations. The hospitality and cordiality of the people definitely left the strongest impression on us. Looking for accommodation, our enthusiasm slowly faded. We read reviews that the hosts ask for a deposit, that you have to go to get the keys several kilometers away from the location of the accommodation, that the insulation is bad, that there is no water, and so on. However, Home Out was perfect. We received the code for the entrance, the key was waiting for us in the room, after check-out we could even leave our luggage and collect it before leaving for the airport. It meant a lot to us because there was a person in a wheelchair with us. Great communication was also with Joao Alves, who took care of our arrival, registration, taxes, and so on. Special thanks to Joao. After going to a completely different end of the city (at least eight metro stations), we realized we had forgotten our crutches in one of the bakeries. We asked him to find them, which he did without a problem and left in our room. Thanks, Joao, and Home Out. We hope to see you again.

Very clean small guest house, we stayed there twice because of excellent location. It’s beautiful area with lots of cafes and nice houses 10min from airport by taxi. Room is cosy, beds are comfy. Facilities are clean. Nothing to say about kitchen appliances - just made a cup of tea there. I would stay here again.

This hotel is situated next to Parque da Fonte Luminosa, 50 metres from Alameda Metro Station. The warmly decorated rooms include satellite TV, and some offer Tagus River views.

Rooms are big for two people. There is a refrigerator in the room. We had room in 10th floor so the view was fantastic. Roof top restaurant also has exelent view. Breakfast was classic and the coffe was good.

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Portugal. The owner is incredibly warm, welcoming, and sociable, which immediately made me feel at home. The place is spotless, with great attention to cleanliness throughout. The communal areas are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing or meeting other guests. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better. It was close to everything yet rally peaceful. A true gem, and I would happily return!
