It was like being an extra in Bridgerton or Downtown Abbey . The staff are so professional and friendly, the breakfast was to die for and the complimentary wine, liqueur and cheese platter was the icing on the cake , dont hesitate, book it !

Amazing place! Polite friendly staff! Great view from the 4th floor balcony! Atmosphere, style, cleanliness - all excellent. Spacious shower with everything you need - gels/shampoos/soap/lotion, there is a hairdryer and plenty of towels. Soft bed with airy duvet/pillows and linens that are pleasant to the body. Had breakfast - amazing. Excellent choice, especially sweet - like in a candy store. Live music - the pianist is just a delight.

Realy loved our stay! We arrived very early due our night flight. We could not go to our room yet. But they let us enjoy the breakfast for free that day, and contacted us on whatsapp when the room was ready. Breakfast was perfect! The people that worked there where super kind! Room was beautiful with lovely Rituals products! Room was a little small, but for a couple of day’s it does not matter when you only need the room to sleep and shower. Maybe only missed some extra place to hang like jacket. So not only a closet. And maybe a little fridge. Hope to be back some day when it’s hot enough to use the swiming pool! ;-)

I loved the helpful staff, the location and the exquisite property. Ao Chiado is very close to the streetcar line, and you can catch the very famous and scenic streetcar # 28 for an inexpensive tour over the ols streets to see the sights of the historic section of town.

A 5-minute walk from Bairro Alto and Chiado, Casa do Patio by Shiadu offers spacious and stylish rooms with a flat-screen TV.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa do Pátio by Shiadu during my trip to Lisbon! The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, and the homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, featuring a delightful variety of dishes made with fresh eggs that I thoroughly enjoyed. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service and kindness of the hotel staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. A special thanks to them for preparing a lovely picnic breakfast box on my check-out day, as I had to leave early. It was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Thank you for the excellent hospitality! I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

This was a perfect place for a short stay in Lisbon! In the heart of the old town and still, so incredibly quiet and comfortable! It was one of the best sleeps I had in a while :) The staff was very friendly and we could even check in earlier. We loved it!
