The staff was absolutely great. Saul, Dayana and Camila made the difference. They are very kind, and very oriented to solve problems. Location is great and the rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was also very good with vegan/gluten free options if needed.

The location was ideally located so we could jump on the tram or walk to most locations. The staff was very communicative and helpful...and the breakfast each morning delivered to our room was exceptional. We had the apartment with the terrace and it was such a gorgeous view. The apartment was roomy and spacious in a great location. The streets are very steep, but that is to be expected in Lisbon. Very clean and easy to get into with a door code and lock box for the keys. The apartment has 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor with 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full kitchen and dining room. The sofas were comfortable and the entire apartment clean and bright. There isn't a lift so you will need to walk up a 2 flights of stairs. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the area. Restaurants and shops as well as buses/metro are within walking distance.
