The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help — it truly feels like staying with family. They even remembered my preferences, which made the stay feel extra special. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

For one, the staff where amazing especially Martin. He was so nice and waited for me to check in ~2am. I faced some car trouble on the way from the airport and ended up getting in very early on Saturday morning. Second thd location was ideal. Really quite and in my opinion in the right place to explore some of the best neighborhoods. The entire place was stunning from the rooms to the rooftop which I don't know why was empty most of my stay, which was perfect for me. Really enjoyed my stay here.!

Loved the river view from our room — it really added something special to the stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-designed. Easy to get around with public transport nearby, and it’s a short walk to the riverfront. Staff were helpful and there’s parking if you’re driving. Overall, a really nice spot in Lisbon!
