Apart from the hotel being nice, with a very pleasant and moderate cool temperature providing a relief from the blistering heat outside in the July heatwave, I would say that the staff and their service is outstanding. We had a bit of a health issue and we were so professionally assisted by Mirella who we after learnt was on her first day of work and was in training! Ramona kindly offered us to be served breakfast in our room. I didn’t get the names of the others who also assisted, but they were all very supportive of the situation. Besides the breakfast had a varied selection of fresh food also providing a gluten free station.

Hotel just next to the main train station, with very large rooms and bathroom. The pub just next to the entrance had very nice food and drinks for an affordable place too, same for shops closeby. It takes about 30 minutes to get to old town and the palace of parliament by foot.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and I've always slept well when staying here. It's located near the main station (Gara de Nord) but that noise won't bother you. I haven't met the staff as I typically arrive late but when I have a very early travel the next day, this is definitely my go-to stay in Bucharest.
