From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like valued guests and we had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean and welcoming, and every member of staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Our suite was wonderful and the bathrooms were excellent. Breakfast was also fabulous - eat until you burst! The rooftop bar with its glass skywalk was stunning, and the infinity pool is quite spectacular. Our daughter loved the kid's club and games room. Of course, the big pull is the free access to the water park (along with complimentary towels, locker, food tokens and cabanas). Please don't even think twice - just book your stay here and enjoy every second of it!

Staff was amazing, breakfast was good with per order omelets, and nice variety. We had 2 bedroom apartment with pool access which was perfect for our family. 7/11 , laundry and massage just outside the hotel. Great pool. Very clean. Also good variety of restaurants and bars. We used Grab for traveling and food orders which was very comfortable and only 5 minutes from every place we wanted to visit.

Everything was perfect! We were travelling with a 5 month old and the staff made sure we had the best experience. They were all very kind and tried their best to accommodate all big and small requests. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. They have thai and western options and many healthy options as well. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there most days. The atmosphere is great at all times. They have live music in the evening which was nice. There was many other families there but it did not feel too much or too noisy. The beach and very clean compared to other places in Hua Hin.
