We came twice and each time we could do late check-in which was very convenient. The staff has been super welcoming and helpful. They accepted to keep our bags for 3 days during one of our excursions. The rooms were very clean. We highly recommend !

Hotel is centrally located so walking distance to important land marks. Hotel Manager Safat and desk ckerk Murat were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were give a free room upgrade upon arrival. Our daughter had a medical emergency and Manager Safat arranged doctor’s appointment and taxi to the hospital ASAP.

Every thing! The room was great, the staff wad very generous. Although our reservation did not include breakfast the manager gave us breakfast as a gift, and it's a delightful breakfast. The location is excellent.

The Hotel and attention are great, the only thing is that the location is very down and you need to walk like a hill but if you are young or good condition it is fine. Perfect place, hotel very clean, people is AMAZING and very professional, rooms are comfortable and breakfast is very good, variety and delicious.
