Mucize was a very pleasant surprise for us. Osman was such a gracious and hard-working host. The breakfast out by the pool was lovely. The easy access to the hot mineral water in the rooms and hammam was a very unique and nice touch. While the surroundings are quite rustic and the furnishings very simple, we could have easily stayed here more nights, the service and level of care was just that good.

Very well maintained property with comfortable beds and clean linen. The staff were very accommodative and helpful to plan our stay and trips around. They upgraded our rooms and it had a huge thermal bath in our own bathroom! Most recommended if you ever plan to stay around Pamukkale.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the thermal spa facilities. The indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub provided the ultimate relaxation experience. The serene garden setting and the availability of multiple swimming pools also enhanced the peaceful and rejuvenating experience for me.

The room was exceptionally clean. We had a plate of fruits in the room, complementary water and a gift with ice tea and sneakers from the reception. Cozy bathrobe and soft bed and pillows. Also a free extra bed for the child. We booked half board and we had also a snack bar at 4 p.m. The food was good, local with plenty of options, rice, fish, salad bar, and more. Water was included, coffee and tea. Milk in the morning. It has 5 pools. Two for kids 100 m depth and 40 m depth. And two thermal one indoor and one outdoor. The fifth is not heated, outside. One sauna and a steam room. Didn't tried the massage. We had an oriental dance show and face painting and a cartoon for kids.
