Great hotel. It is well-situated in the city centre. The room was very large, clean, with a shower and a bath. The staff was adorable and spoke perfect English, which is rare, in case you’re struggling with mandarin. The hotel offers a free laundry room, a space to work out and a free snack and drinks bar. I have nothing to complain about, which is also rare.

Pretty new hotel. Facility and room is nice and clean. The restaurant hasn't opened yet when we stayed there so breakfast was sent to the room at the specified time we chose. Breakfast was very delicious and portions were good. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Generally, the hotel is clean with good facilities The breakfasts were good with many selections in reasonable price. I loved location of the hotel. It is around five minutes from Metro station Cianjin. I was about stay two nights but it ends up with five nights which covers my whole Kaohsiung trip.

The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable and you have a wonderful view over the city. There is a water dispenser, a kettle and a fridge, which was a plus for us. The breakfast has a large and daily changing selection of hot dishes. You could also put together a continental breakfast. The dining room is constantly cleaned by the staff, which is very pleasant. There is free coffee, tea, water, snacks and ice cream for self-service.
