Villa 32 is a very special place. Peaceful setting, attentive staff, beautiful hot springs, exquisite food, the list goes on. I spent a weekend here to 'reset' after a busy time and returned home completely refreshed. A special thanks to Susan and the team at reception who took the time to help me find some edible souvenirs in Beitou on my final day.

They upgraded me to a room with a private hot spring bath. I enjoyed my hot spring in my room after sightseeing each day. The room was spacious & clean. The location is so good that Beitou Park is just opposite it. The Japanese style toilet bowl was impressive. The breakfast was delicious & had good varieties of both Western & Chinese style even though it's more Chinese orientated!

Spacious, clean, comfortable, well located and very good English speaking front desk team. We booked only one night as experience in Beitou hot springs and we finally stayed 3 nights because is possible to go to easily, faster and cheaper to many Taipéi attractions by Uber (Uber in Taipei is amazing good and cheap). The private hot spring is very spacious for two people. The bath room is better than the pictures.

This hotel played a big part in my trip to Taiwan, which was even better than I expected. I would like to thank the staff member Lin for her kindness and generosity in accommodating my hotel reservation mistake before departure. I would also like to thank the staff member who kindly greeted me when I checked in, and the gentleman who helped me pick up from XINBEITOU Station to the hotel. I also have a slight problem with my credit card payment at the JIUFEN store, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff member who willingly helped me solve the problem. We managed to get the room at a discount due to last minute booking. Room was clean and grand and in-room onsen bath was perfect. Welcome treats were nice and fancy. Only there for one night, hotpot restaurant and onsen available and location of hotel at top of stairs meant we didn’t end up leaving the hotel until checkout.

I really loved it’s location - walkable from the station but far enough that it was a quiet place of it’s own. The museum and beautiful public library was also very close by. The private onsen here was fantastic - we seldom saw other folks around and had it all to ourselves. The bed was also SO comfortable. It’s my first time here, but I’ll be sure to return here in my next trip.

Private hot spring in the room, also can visit their public ones for free. Specially prepared baby bath tub and towels (didn't ask for it). Staff were friendly and accommodating (see -ve review). Good breakfast spread (local taiwan + some western food). Very nice chinese tea (and tea set provided) and end up going to the shop and buying the tea.
