Short distance walk from MRT TAIPEI MAIN STATION (use Exit Z4). Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Got hot & cold water but of course no bidet. Staff very friendly and helpful. I got some problem while directing myself to the hotel but I messaged them using this app and the reply it directly.

Excellent accommodation - very spacious room, well equipped kitchenette, includes a washing machine and dryer, very convenient location (by main train station, lots of shops and restaurants nearby), good price, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We had an inner room (facing the central courtyard area) which was great because it was very quiet (previously we stayed with a different hotel in the same building which had outwards facing rooms and the road noise was a bit loud). The staff were very friendly and helpful - we arrived a bit early and he already had the room ready so we could settle in straight away, amazing :)

Location is superb. It's right on top of the Taiwan Station and various local bus stops. You can take subway, inter-city trains, airport express, and buses by just walking down from the building. If you take airport express train from the airport, it takes less than 45mins to reach the place. The nearest subway exit to the building is Z2 which is also the exit to the Mitsukoshi Dept Store. Other than having various local food restaurants nearby, you may also have a quick purchase of local snacks as souvenirs from the basement supermarket of Mitsukoshi. Depending on the airline you take, you could do City Check In at the airport express station.

I loved everything about this hostel - the staff was excellent, cordial, greeting every time, very very pleased to have picked Just Live Hostel as my stay in Taipei!! My check-in was at 3 am - and they were very kind to come to the hostel and help me with everything! I especially loved the vanity space and security to ensure privacy of bathrooms and dorms! The bed - ohh the bed was so very comfy <3 Thankyou thank you very much! and I will visit again - XieXie!

We really enjoyed our hotel. Since it was centrally located we could go around in the morning and come back to rest for a bit before exploring the city again at night. There were MRT stations just outside the hotel making it easier to go around the city. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Despite its location, you can get a good night's sleep and not hear outside noise. I also liked the fact that the shower is separate from the toilet.
