While I can't remember everyone's name, Mark is one that stands out - so helpful our first day. Checked our bags so we could sightsee until check in. Every staff Member was so kind, friendly and helpful. And they assisted us with the different and wonderful beverage machines in the lobby. 14/10 would recommend and visit again. I'll think I'll come with my husband next time!

Everything was superb. The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, and the location was grate. The Landver restorant in the hotel is very good and has delishes an Israely menu.

Everything was perfect. The historical decorations were very impressive, I loved the art collection.
