Room was great, location was great, there was no breakfast. I just want to shout out the hotel’s receptionists - I believe their names were Garret and maybe Rosa? They were so incredibly accommodating. Without needing to give details, me and my friend were in a rough situation, and they could not have been kinder and more understanding. The cleaning staff (just one man at the time) was also great. I can’t say enough nice things about those three. This hotel is now at the top of my list, primarily because of these staff members, and I would definitely recommend this place to others and I would stay here again because of them. They absolutely deserve a raise.

This hotel was a real oasis in NYC; room was beautiful with a view on the Empire! Clean, great towels, great bathroom and even more great toiletries. The snack on the day of arrival, coffee and tea maker and fresh bottles of water every day was just what we needed and it made our staying there perfect. I had a lovely stay at this charming hotel, Although the design is older, it has a unique character and warmth that I really appreciated. The decor features beautiful touches of copper, marble, and wood which gave it a stylish yet cozy feel. Was clena and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful - they even gave us a voucher for breakfast on the first day which was thoughtful. The breakfast itself wasn't huge but it had everything you'd want to start the day right. Thank you for the great experience - I'll definitely be staying again!
