The hotel is beautifully designed with all the necessary amenities. I had a balcony with a view of the city which was a great addition. They have a great rooftop, and very helpful and friendly staff. If you like Williamsburg it's a great location and getting to the city is very easy with the L train.

Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful all the time. Hotel location is AAA, since it is in a safe area, next to Wall Street and the WTC, in the middle point of distance from Uptown and from Brooklyn. The room and the bathroom were always clean and hot water was available all the time. The room was equipped with a coffee nespresso machine with capsules, a safe box and a comfortable desk that I used to do some work with my laptop. Price was very convenient considering average prices of the city. I'll definitely choose again Artezen Hotel in a future visit to NY.

Everything!! Before arriving we thought it could be far from the interesting points but not at all!! It is close to Canal st Station that allows you to get anywhere soon. About rooms: very comfy, clean and wide. Perfect bed and shower. Nice and kind people as well.
