I’ve been here 5 days for work. The hotel is in a really good position and it’s really nice. The staff has been very kind. I arrived before the check-in time and they gave me the room the same.

The location of this hotel was superb. Less than five city blocks from Millennium Park, two blocks from CTA Red Line and three blocks from CTA Blue Line, two blocks from the Chicago Architecture Centre. The view out my window was the Chicago River. The staff was very pleasant at check-in. At check-out, I was able to leave my bag at no charge while I was out and about in the city for the day. Upon coming back to collect my bag, I was asked if I needed transport to the airport and was immediately given instructions on how to get to the CTA line I needed as that was my choice for transport to O'Hare. Other people had taxis and Ubers available to them upon request. The refillable water station on the floor is a fantastic idea ... I had my own water bottle, but they also had bottles available as necessary. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room. The thermostat in the room was easy to adjust and the room heated quickly to my desired temperature. The shower was as hot as I wanted it and the fluffy towels were quite nice. The hotel had a second floor lounge / seating area that I did not use but the space looked inviting. And, it's always nice to stay in a beautiful, historic building.
