Very safe and quiet, small gated community in a beautiful historic neighbourhood. Facilities were great. Really fast and responsive smart TV, check in was easy. Price was really good. Communication from the owner very swift. Memphis downtown a very easy drive away. If you want to visit Sun Studios you could walk there in a few minutes.

Fantastic place! Bed was super comfortable, cute decor and check in/check out was super easy . Communication from the host was fast and the extra little gestures like free chips and water was really appreciated! 😊. We felt safe with the security gates locked at night too. The apartment was perfect and really comfortable. It was nice and clean and the facilities were as described. Downtown was a 10 minute Uber/Lyft trip away. Communication was great and messages were responded to quickly. I would definitely book this accomodation again.
