This hotel is a gem in Tribeca. Clean and the staff were so friendly. I worked in the lobby when I checked out and watched the staff interact with others, and they were so friendly. We had an accessible queen room, so it was larger than the regular, so it worked out great.

This is such a cute hotel. It was the smallest room I've ever been in but it had all the necessities. The bathroom was nice and clean. They had netflix guest account so I enjoyed watching "3 body problem". The bed was super comfy, and the front desk staff was really nice. He gave me a water bottle while I was waiting for the room to be ready. It's close to the train station and there are good food to grab and eat at the hotel. I had K.O. burger right around the corner and it was pretty decent.

The facilities, location, and customer service consistently exceed expectations. I live in Manhattan but stay at the Leon from time to time for a treat. During my last stay, I accidentally booked a quadruple room instead of a king. I needed the desk to work as well, which caused a huge panic. The hotel manager, Hataz Rohman, switched my room no trouble to me or extra charge. I hate to give away my favorite place, but the Leon is truly a gem!

Everything was perfect, since the moment we walk in. We come an hour early and thay let us check in as soon as we told them the details of our reservation. Everything was so clean and smelled nice and fresh. bed was big and very comfortable. Location is great. Stuff was kind and professional and it was great value for money. Thank you we appreciate it
