Nice hotel with family atmosphere. We felt really welcome, the staff tried to help us as they could. The service is exceptional- starting with small monkey for the kids (the preferred souvenir from new york for our kids), help with luggage, finding dinner, all The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there is always coffee, tea and hot chocolate available It is very well placed on Little Italy / Chinatown, very nice market in the morning. Easy to get to the metro, many restaurants The rooms are big and nice, very clean.

Great hotel in amazing location. I think value for money, this is as good as it gets in NYC. Staff was really helpful, small treats for breakfast and coffee were a nice touch and came in very handy. We stayed there twice as we liked it soooo much. The location is absolutely brilliant.

Staff were amazing which reflects well on management👌 Hotel was clean and our room was kept spotless. Great location, everything within walking distance, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very comfortable bed and linen, Regular cleaning and friendly staff, very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and if we were to return to New York, we would stay here again.
