We stayed for 11 nights and were thoroughly satisfied by the room standard and the guidance we got from the staff, especially David, about how to navigate the city. Housekeeping was easily arranged by turning on a button in the room when we needed it. Location was a hit, not midtown crazy but very central regardless.

I stayed in this hotel when visiting NYC for the first time and I have to say that the location is excellent - good subway connection to JFK and walking distance to almost everywhere in Manhattan. Also this place has one of the best rooftop bars.

​We were very satisfied with our stay. The communication was excellent, and the room was spacious with great amenities. Three big beds for three people. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced daily. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the metro station was nearby, so we could get anywhere we needed to go.
