Great room, one of the best stays of my life. My room had a great terrace with a view of the Empire State Building. Super staff, big room, everything inside. No noise from the outside. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Loved everything, the hotel was probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. We visited New York to see a family member and we are so happy we chose this hotel. The pool area is a treat and so nice to have in the hot weather after a day of seeing the city. The views from the hotel room, bar and pool area are unbelievable. Staff were so friendly and so nice. The bed was so comfy, really couldn’t ask for better, 100% recommend to all.

We had a super return visit to Made - after a family visit from Ireland last year. The staff were excellent, so friendly and kind. Nothing was an issue and all members of staff we met around the hotel were so helpful. We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade & bottle of bubbles as return guests. Spacious and clean room with a large bathroom and comfy beds. Perfect location for midtown and downtown exploring. Right next to subway. Also very easy if you need to catch a train to Newark airport and save $100 on a taxi, as it is a 5 min walk. I was facing the back so it was also very quite, which is not typical for New York. Although you get zero views there as there is a taller building right behind it. No special amenities or rooftop bar, but you're in New York - you don't want to spend your time in the hotel ;)

Super central! Great Artdeco Design. For NYC the room & bathroom comes at a nice size. Very clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Great overall atmosphere

although they didnt have breakfast inside the hotel, they gave us some vouchers to claim in a coffee shop in front of the hotel, you can trade the voucher for 2 free items, which were pretty good to be honest, the coffee was way better than starbucks. The location was perfect, two blocks away from the metro, and 3 or four blocks away from the Empire State.
