It was a phenomenal value, especially compared to their direct competition across the street. Very quiet, very clean, and I couldn't have been happier with the night there. Since I lived in the area for years, I asked about the property. I was told it had been sold, and new management was installed. I saw that the other building on the back of the property was completely remodeled with new windows, doors, plumbing, and more.

I like everything !! the location was so close to the light rail which made it easy to get to the AirPort and Downtown Phoenix. There is a nice street alongside the airport that I love, I walked it in the morning to get downtown. The staff were so friendly and amazing, there was a nice fellow at the bar who was great with small talk when serving the complimentary drinks. The breakfast was out of this world !! My room was a king suite, it was clean and fresh, the staff was available incase I needed anything at all like more cups and they respected my "do not disturb" sign in the mornings. Ultimately, I had THE best time. I will be staying there again.
