I had to book an additional day and the Reception staff made sure I could check in as soon as possible, stay in the same room both nights, and just went the extra mile to make everything feel taken care of. Plus the room is spectacular, very well renovated, with a kitchenette and plenty of space for morning cardio. Also the restaurant is pretty good.

I stayed at a sweet room of this hotel with a reasonable price for two nights, which gave my family awesome experience. The room is kind of a classical type, I think. It was quite clean and well arranged with much enough nice amenities. They serve fresh apple and cool lemon water at the front desk. I had breakfast with a voucher with my family, which was simple and freshly delicious to me, served in a bright environment of a restaurant. The staff was also so nice and supportive with big smile any time when I asked their favor of check in and out, luggage custody, and neighborhood information. It has nice restaurants, a bus station, and Metro station close to them or in a walk distance. The neighborhood is quite safe and peaceful, I felt.

Pool was great and quiet !! Location by metro trains and busses was great. Staff were helpful. Great food in the bar was good value. Close to many cafes and restaurants. Rooms were large and cleaned daily. Tv connected to my phone. Was good for a solo stay for 6 nights. Safe area and lime bikes all over the streets to use. Bar was fun and pool was a great location on rooftop. Amazing clean hotel. Snack bar and office facilities like printer. Didn't use games room downstairs.
