The service was exceptional. Our first room had faced the beach and a partially constructed building, which wasn't a great view. However, upon request, the staff had shifted us to another room the following night once it was available. They also sent us some fruits to make up for the view. Also, on the first night, our toddler wasn't feeling well and had vomited in his cot. The staff came quickly and helped us to replace the sheets and mattress, which helped us greatly as we were too tied up with making sure our toddler didn't vomit again.

Everything was just perfect view from the 22 floor left the city and right the ocean! The room was so comfortable! Even at rainy days you can just stay in the hotel enjoy the gym and spend some time at the ZEN Spa!!! I loved it

I liked everything here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Zoey was attentive to all my needs. Helped me book a private driver to see sights. Clean room, Comfy bed. Nice balcony over looking the pool. Breakfast was very good. It was fairly close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I had a wonderful time I highly recommend. I lived the scroll work of the daisies
