Had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. Everything, from the service, location, room, to the indoor pool exceeded my expectations. The Pharaoh’s Bar & Upper looks much better than in photos. Every staff member I met was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. especially Ms. Phung Nguyen, who assisted with the airport transfer.
One highlight I’d highly recommend is using the hotel’s airport transfer service. I was running late for my flight, and they had someone waiting for me at the airport who helped me skip the queue with priority check-in.
Extremely efficient and thoughtful!
Also, don’t miss the mango bingsu at the hotel’s restaurant.
I’ll definitely stay here again every time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend !

This property is in a great location, in Ba Dinh. It's an easy walk to the west Lake, the HCM mausoleum, the old quarter and Lake Hoan Kiem etc
It's clean, safe, the staff are lovely and helpful. Breakfast is good and has everything you need. I stayed twice while in Hanoi, it was great both times.

Spacious, modern, and very convenient apartment. Residences staff and restaurant were operating at full swing even during the Lunar New Year period, which our family highly appreciated (including the routine pest control checkup, btw)

I did not expect there will be a 24/7 reception - and especially with so kind staff. I really loved staying there! And if you wish, you may get a welcome drink. This is truly marvellous. If I ever need to stay in Hanoi again, I will definetly go here. The location and views are astonishing. And the neighbourhood is extremely calm and inspiring. If you get the chance, you may definetly want to visit the rooftop - it looks very nice.
