Everything is brand new, and all the staff are absolutely amazing with a great attitude and extremely helpful to us. Although located in an alley, it is very quiet and safe, which my family really appreciated. Moreover, the breakfast served à la carte was highly impressive. It felt like a personalized dining experience rather than having to queue for food at a buffet, as is common in other hotels. I would like to extend my special thanks to John and Linda for their enthusiastic service. We will definitely return to this hotel next time. Highly recommended!

Perfect homestay! The host was really kind and helpful. There was everything we needed. The location is quite good but we had troubles with finding the homestay.

We loved our stay at the Dela Seine Hotel. The staff here was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean, nice style interior design. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Every thing was better than I thought it would be. Out of the main tourist area, walking around small alleys experiencing the local life. 10 minutes from the train station area which has street markets for food. Great room, comfortable bed. Good internet. Plenty of very nice photo art by the owner.

Best thing is the location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.
