Incredible team spirit among the young staff led by an experienced manager. They accomodated all my needs - changing my room (originally without a window) to the one with daylight as promised. Relativly qiet considering the crazy constant party neighbourhood. Luxurious SPA with super professionals dignosing your needs and health restrictions for the best experience. Spactacular breakfast with a wide selection of healthy dishes, fruit, salads. Aromatic coffee! Great place to relax on the roof, including a swimming pool with the view over the city. Very reliable airport tranfers.

It was a quaint little boutique hôtel tucked in the busy street of Haon Kiem. Everything around the property was at walking distance and super convenient. The hôtel staff were extremely kind and helpful - providing us with a smooth early check-in. Henry at the front desk helped us with some recommandations for places to try and check out. All in all though we stayed for just one night - they even helped us arrange transport for our cruise and the opportunity to keep our bags while we waited to board our next flight. Manager Dinh Lee was extremely kind and helpful and was always available for any help or information

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Among others, they helped us getting a Grab and offered to store our luggage (even though we checked out two days earlier as we went to Ha Long Bay). The location is great with lots of options for food and activities around. The room was clean and comfy.
