Good location, comfortable hotel and amazing staff. The manager Lana was always very accessible and responsive via Whatsapp and helped us plan our trip. Lana and the other hotel staff takes customer service at heart and treat you as a valuable guest. Good variety at breakfast which starts as from 6.30am, so very practical when leaving for early morning tours. You cannot go wrong with this boutique hotel with personalised service.

It was superb, our best stay in Vietnam.
The location is very good, walking distance to most spots in hanoi old quarter. We also found good food options nearby as well as ATM and souvenir shopping.
The room is very spacious with large comfortable beds. The facilities in the room are perfect.the wifi is good and I was able to conduct zoom meetings without any issues.
The staff is fabulous, heartfelt thanks to Jessica to contact us immediately once we booked and taking care of everything from transport from the airport as well as tour options.
Benzo was superb, he always had a smile on his face and helped solve any issues. The breakfast was amazing, besides the buffet, there are ala carte options, thanks to the cook and Ms.Daisy who served with a smile 😊.
Overall, we loved our stay and would love to stay again when we visit Hanoi!

I recommend the 6 people room over the 10-12 people room. More spacious and way quieter if you value the quality of your sleep.
