Jessica and the entire staff helped coordinate the pickup and drop from airport.
They were courteous and guided us to all the best spots to visit around Hanoi especially the best food places.
The room was compact yet cosy and well furnished and had everything necessary.

Very central for lots of tourist attractions and the bustle of Old Quarter - minimal noise given location.
Comfy, minimal room.
15 min walk to Hoan Kiem lake which is great to go for a run/exercise on Sunday morning with the locals.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. We ended up getting a free upgrade to a bigger room. The cleanliness was right on spot and the breakfast really delicious and diverse. I’d love to stay here again.
